Ok, try to get your company's confirmation that they haven't filed the returns over the mail. Write a LOE along with this mail details and upload If you have past years returns attaching that that would be great. May be you can mail to oinp and get a clarification as well.

Usually payslips are enough ,preferably last six months + alternative for start and end of a year/period. Have you submitted like that?

I do not know about the latest change, but until April 13 draw we receive OINP NOI on your Express entry profile and once get's approved by OINP we need to accept it and points gets added to EE profile .

May be for safe side you can create one more profile by making your spouse as primary applicant for Fsw draw .Once you receive ITA or noi from Ontario on either of the profile delete the other profile. Regarding in the proof of interest it is a formality to write a letter to show your...
