Hello, please I want to know the educational documents you gave them, since you are supposed to be NOC 1242, but you opted for NoC 1241. I am in the same shoes, I have a degree in Law but did most of the duties in NOC 1242, and it is similar to NOC 1241.

I have a question, what if I picked NOC 1242 as my primary NOC, I mean in the section where you should state the NOC your application is based on but your present occupation is Noc 1227, court officers which is an ineligible occupation..am I required to state this as part of my work experience...
