Has anyone contacted IRCC to query about application status? If yes, what number should I call? I have called twice using the number provided from the website and both automatically hung up with the message "we are currently experience a high volume, we cant transfer your call to an operator"

Yes, they need to file your application before you can link it. I got mine linked yesterday and receive my AOR today. I used UCI and passport

I have a question that how can I submit my medical form and report changing address after I receive AOR? I go through the webform but dont see any space for file attachment

Got my AOR just now :) file number same with the one I got when I linked my application.

I used the same one that I believe everybody here is using : UCI and passport. This is my 4th or 5th attempt. Failed to link before. I saw somebody in this forum submitted at 12:09 EST get AOR so I decide to try one more time because I submitted at 12:12 EST. I got it link this time :)

they said submitted, and submitted date June 10 (today), but when I go inside to view, it says receive date May 6.

I got my application linked just now ( have failed to link several times before). No AOR yet. Submitted 12:12pm EST, international grad stream.
