Update: My PR Card application on GCKey is approved today. The status is now "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive." However, the photo on the PR portal is the same "In preview with IRCC"

The photo is still "In preview with IRCC" and haven't received the PR card yet.

That's great, but you need either a valid PR card or a valid PR Travel Document to return to Canada. Please double-check on the IRCC website!

I got reversed order. I received portal emails, then the next day the status was changed to "Decision Made" in ECAS. Do you have a representative? If yes, she/he might receive the emails already.
