is it the same processing time if someone applied for closed wp after pgwp expired (restoration)?

AOR from his PR application. so if his PR application starts getting processed first, and he isn't back to work yet bc he hasn't heard anything about his work permit, would that be a problem? work permit eligibility bc he has pnp nomination and employer helped w LMIA exempt wp.

Hello, My friend applied for LMIA exempt (closed) work permit in july on restoration status due to which he cannot work until the closed wp gets approved. it's very stressful :( does anyone know timeline for lmia exempt wp? Also, if he gets his AOR first before getting his work permit...

My return got activated today around 6pm. Passport sent - 22 march through Canadapost Counterfoil - 24 march Document validity until passport expiry
