Is it possible to mail your PR card out of the country? Does any one have tips on how to mail a or card outside of the country (I’d be appreciated)

I saw one once, can remember the date but they status has been saying "submitted " since i linked it in may. i did get an email from the etobicoke landings email saying that my card currently under production soo idk

i think im going to mail my photos to the office again and see what happens.i have a flight to leave canada on on sunday for a few months.I plan to apply for the PTRD.

How long is a long time? do you have a rough estimate?.I have been waiting for my card about 6 months now.

i called last month and one agent said it was processing and followed up last week and another agent said its not processed yet.They are telling people different stories and its really frustrating and i have to travel soon.

i received my COPR 18th March 2021 via email . When I check my cic account there is an expiry date of 14th October 2021 Does my copr expire in March2022 when I received it or does it s year in or does it expire 14th October 2021 I’m just a little confused about it can someone help me...
