I applied also last September, my BG was marked complete on March 22, 2021. My processing center is in Ottawa. I did not receive test invitation yet. Is this normal ? or I should call them ? 6 months after BG check seems long time. What do you guys think ?

can you access this website here ? https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do most likely you just did not receive the AOR, there was a glitch in the system. Later, you can ask for your application number by filling out a form, it's much better than calling then waiting for no reason.
