I suggested you call the same support number. The only difference is that if you’re lucky to get in the queue, you have to hold on the line until the agent can take your call. Only callers in Canada can leave phone number for the agent to call back when it’s your turn.

I just got off the call with IRCC support regarding my BG check. The agent confirmed my Criminally check was done, so No, I didn't miss any FP request or will receive one. My Security is not done, it's all in CSIS hand now :confused:

Wow, are we having the same application officer :oops: my LPP completed Jan 23 and updated Jan 25 also. Also Mississauga office and also no BG clear. However as you read, I didn't have FG request (yet).

I have update for LPP completed today, after I requested ATIP last night, however, BG is still in progress. In this case, I wonder if I will get Finger print request any time soon, they must be forget to send me the request so BG was stuck :confused:

Did you chose physical certificate or e-cert? I wonder if they will provide you the physical one right on spot after the ceremony or you will have to wait for the link. I heard a lot of mishap about downloading e-cert after oath. Like there's no ending of worries from our end.
