    Hello, same thing happened to me. Final decision was changed to May 2 2024. My application was submitted on May 6 2021. The last gcms notes says I am only waiting for security.     Can anybody tell me why i don't have AOR despite only waiting on Security? Thanks Also, i called and someone said Security and HIRV are outsourced to partners. Who are these partners taking 3 years to finish a process? I have Eligibility, Medical, Criminality, and info sharing all passed.
