You can have both permits at the same time. I confirmed with IrCc. But question is can we work full time during that time?

Hello , Can i work fulltime when i am doing master's if i have Spousal open work permit and also study permit. My spousal application is in progress and since i am a dependent of Canadian citizen, i will be paying domestic fee. IRCC website says i can hold both permits if i am eligible for it...

Please let me know what your plan is. I am on same boat. We submitted our spousal sponsorship and my PGWP will be expiring June 2nd . I am still waiting for AOR. I have to wait for AOR or to be in last two weeks of my work permit expire to submit SOWP. Should we apply for visitor record just in case

I think you need visa only if you want to travel outside and come back right? Instead doesn’t he need visitor record? If he was already holding work permit I think then he has implied status . I am not a lawyer I am just sharing what I think is correct.
