Just an update, I called the CBSA and was transferred to an immigration department. The agent I spoke to confirmed that an eCoPR is enough for my mother to come, and the PR card is not necessary. He put me on hold for a few minutes to confirm it. Confirmed. An eCoPR is sufficient.

Really? My eCoPR has two pages. One page is the immigration copy and the other page is my copy. Are you sure?

I think if you go to the second page of the eCoPR, you will find a signature.

Under the assessment section on Page 1 under Security it states “Not Started”. My understanding is that the security check is the background check. Everything else (with exception to ‘Final’) has passed or is blank.

Have any FSW Inland applicants received their CoPR? In addition yesterday late morning we submitted our Shedule A forms. Our status on the portal said “Action Required”, but when I submitted the forms and refreshed the page it reverted back to “submitted”. I checked again in the evening...
