Does FD have a date? If yes it means your address and photo were approved, next update will be when the card is printed and mailed.

The processing time doesn't include the delivery. I think they mention those 6 weeks timeframe just in case.

My eCOPR was on March 6th, and today, I got an update that my card was mailed. I hope to get in a week from now or so, but not sure, it says it might take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Have you tried calling IRCC? Maybe they will have an update for you or suggest something. I still have hope that they might be helpful sometimes :)

It means that the Final Decision was made and your case is now closed. Mine says the same!

I really want to know this too! I would send them a webform asking for the refund just to make sure they will.

What are your ITA and AOR dates? I would just put a mental deadline that if, let's say, by March 15th you still don't have eCOPR you will apply for the renewal. It is a guessing and waiting game and nobody will give you an answer, unfortunately.

I hear you too! So many important life decisions are just put on hold and postponed with no clear timelines.

Good luck! From my experience, it takes around 5-7 days for them to get back to you. I hope eCOPR will arrive faster than that...

I will hit 7 months mark by the end of this week, but I don't think calling them will make any difference :(

No clarity for sure! But the majority of people who got eCOPR this week were from this group (ITA around July). And yeah I see people getting eCOPRs in couple of weeks after P2 which makes to sense for me. But that's what we have to deal with.

I kind of see the pattern that they are working mostly on July 17 and July 31 ITAs lately, it is when a lot of people got invited.
