Hi @legalfalcon - what is s.16(2)(c). I see there are lots of pages redacted in GCMS notes and on the top right-hand corner, this is mentioned. I read Justice Laws Website about it, however, I am unable to understand. What does it mean in layman's language and why it is done? Please advice.
