As @mymonika4 mentioned, Purolator will bring their own enevlope and it's mandatory to use Purolator envelope as per my understanding. You don't need to write anything except affixing label on the envelope which is printed from BLS website after you schedule pickup though purolator.

@mymonika4 I doubt whether BLS accepts Tatkaal application through postal service. I lie in Ottawa Jurisdiction so we can't do Tatkaal anyways (walkin/postal) but not entirely sure about Toronto/Brampton.
