So this is an issue with the portal. My photo was rejected twice, and it turns out it was because my clothes were too dark. https://www.propassportphoto.com/pr2021/ I would recommend taking pictures with moderate color clothing and submit it.

Did anyone get a couple of GUs on the PR card application in GCKey? If so, how long afterwards did you get the card in mail?

Got an update on the PR portal (eCOPR Nov 30th). My address was accepted but photo was rejected because "facial area is too big/small". Resubmitted my photo again, fingers crossed it gets accepted.

When did you get your eCOPR?

Sent an email to IRCC Calgary (as folks here suggested) and got this reply: I sent an email to the OSC email a while back but they're not responsive at all.

Received eCOPR on 30 Nov, no update yet since. Photo and address still in review.

The details have to be exactly as in the eCOPR and Passport (place of birth) and all fields have to be uppercase. I was running into the same issue until I fixed that.

Received eCOPR Nov 30, Photo/address in review and PR Card application in GC Key still in "Submitted" state.

Also, my eCOPR expires on Dec 18th, 2021, so does that mean I would get PR card before that date? Has anyone had an expiration date much further into the future?

What info are you entering to link the application to your account? I tried entering UCI and Family Name + Place of birth but it says no applications found. Does the place of birth need to match with what's in eCOPR?

After submitting the photo and receiving eCOPR, when does the PR card application show up in GC? I'm not able to link it manually.

Got my PR confirmation email. FSW-Outland.

When I checked my applications, I saw that my PR application had "Application/profile updated" as the status. When I viewed the full status, I found the "Background check" status updated. The top-level application status still states (I don't think it has changed)

No email, I saw "Application/profile updated" when I logged into my GC account.

Got an update on my application: Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. AOR Jan 10, 2021

Interestingly, both statuses showed up on the same day for me, on 10th Nov. "Passport printing initiated" was there only for a few hours.
