I went to use the service of Pro Passport Photo today. They opened and you received photo in couple minutes. I went to the branch at "6 Belsize Drive, Toronto (@UPS store)" but you may try to find the branch that is closer to your house :)

I received CoPR in email and the instructions to send photo for PR card.
