What i mean is, in order for them to know weather my case is simple or complicated, my application has to be under process. but according to the ecas, they've only updated that they've received my application. it's not even under process yet.

But shouldn’t that be the case once they’re started processing? It only shows right now they’ve received it

i'm making this trend in hope that anyone who has submitted their application for PR card renewal in February could update me with their profile so that i can compare why my application is taking time. On weekly basis the processing time for PR card renewal decreases. Currently it's on 66 days...

They’ve changed the processing time to 66 days for pr card renewal, and I’m on my 64th day. Only received AOR on February 15th. Nothing else after that

You should wait abit longer, maximum it's a process of 4 weeks after a decision is been made. so hold on a little longer

Sad to hear that, it’s ridiculous for an application being returned back just because of photograph specification. were you sent the letter thru mail, or email?

How were you informed of the decision? And when?

No update yet, apart from notification for receiving the application back in February, it’s getting frustrating now

Were u notified about application being received by ecas/email Or u checked by tracking number of your parcel? are you able to access your account on their website?

no updates on my case, even though my application was received on feb 15th as per the ecas.This makes me kinda worry even more

it's expired, but this number always remains the same, you can see other category too. this number remains the same you can also check on your landing paper. otherwise, i'm not sure but maybe it's not updated on their system

I enter my DOB, Place OF Birth, YourFamily Name and choosing Identification Type as " Client ID Number/Unique Client Identifier" you can find this number on your previous PR card under "ID No/No ID" *Note. Just add the "ID NO/NO ID" numbers, dont add the space, or "-" Only numbers

I got this update somewhere in February, when i checked their website. No update ever since. I'm confused their processing time is decreasing week by week, but no update on my status

I went to their website, using ecas, by entering my information to check the information and there i can find this only Permanent Resident Card We received your application for a permanent resident card on February 15, 2021.
