In our application, biometrics were given and accepted a month ago. But still, PA did not get the medical request (PA's country of origin is not exempt from medical so). Is this normal? I have seen that many others get medical requests right after biometrics.

Our biometrics got approved on 14th July. still waiting for the medical request. But the 'background verification' is 'in progress' already.

Biometrics - 6th July 2023 (yes, this came before AOR) AOR and SA - 7th July 2023 AOR came from the Sydney office. The SA letter says the application is forwarded to the Colombo visa office for further processing. That should be for background checks.

Did anyone try the new immigration program that came out a couple of weeks ago to apply for OWP for outland applicants...
