Ok. I will apply at montreal consulate . and what are the other best and easy processing countries on RTD? I want to meet my parents they will come from Pakistan

Alright im gonna submit the current one month statement thn . And is it easy to get an appointment ? Because im gonna fill application on 1 st may and im planning to fly on 20 may . Will it be possible to wrap up the whole process in this much time ?
