    Thanks, they replied to my email. Although today I did send a webform to Ottawa instead of Singapore and got the PPR in the next hour.

    I sent the webform 10 (working) days ago to be accurate that means I still have to wait for 4 more days, lol (if there is a trend). I hope I also get the passport request soon.
