    Same situation .. raised a webform last week .. waiting .. also requested for a written authorization for my husband to land in Canada.(he already has open work permit visa since January 2021). I believe, once he is in Canada ,they might approve my application.will update

    Finally, I spoke with an agent at 3pm today.. She said, everything is passed . CEC - primary inland and spouse Outland AOR- August 10 , 2020 GU- Jan 12, 2021 Primary v o - Ottawa Secondary v o - Sydney , NS My spouse is Outside of Canada ..it gonna take more time , I guess
