Pr status changed from in process to application received I just saw it today

My permanent residence status showed received have not been checking for like 2wks now I just did this morning pls do anyone know what next

Very frustrating I applied last year April waiting for them to make decision

And when I checked online tool it shows decision made under sponsorship and in process under permanent resident
