A ghost update is when the current status in CGKEYs changes for something else but you don’t even receive any email.

Just got PAL! I was requested BIO yesterday and done in the same day. Also it was updated almost immediately on the ECAs yesterday. I’m from September 2020 btw Background and Eligibility still show in progress, so it’s not clear to me where this at. Hopefully I get CoPR soon
