Reached out to my MLA (Vancouver East) to see if they could inquire on my behalf since I've had no update since September. My BG was completed after my test was updated to complete - I think partially because I had to submit fingerprints and I was out of Canada for a bit over the summer so it took me a while to get them taken- gc1735
