    Thanks PMM we are not coming back to USA, all i need to know,if there is any problem to CANADA from here(USA). because i heard even after you got visa ,you might be dnieded at the boarder,if you don't have legeal status in usa?

    hi i got our passport stamped last week. but, my wife doesn't have a legel status in the USA. you think is going to be any problem when we land. or better we go back to our home country and fly from there. thank you

    thanks PMM so they only check if you have warrent or crimnal history only. they don't check immigration status. is that what you mean?

    yes she have a working visa. and she is admitted for 1 year. also she applied for green card here,but you know is not going to help me,unless i moved to anther country.
