Where do you see the date of acknowledgement? ON BLS or OCI website?

I submitted my application at Brampton BLS (Walk-in) on 9th Sept BLS tracker started showing the status "Processing at CGI" on 11th Sept On 14th Oct for the first time the status on BLS tracker got updated to "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping" The status on OCI website never...

Today the status of my application on BLS got updated "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping ". I believe it is on its way to BLS from CGI now. Am I assuming it correctly?

I submitted my application on 9th Sept and on BLS tracker it started showing "Processing at consulate general" from 11th Sept & it is still the same. OCI website still show "no such records found". When can I expect an update on OCI website?
