Hi , iam trying to use 6221 for express entry profile. i work as proposal manager/Bid manager for an IT company. i do not have any job offer from any employer in Canada as such. do i need the certificate of qualification to apply under 6221 NOC? Any suggestion or advice would be very helpful.!!!
