I received a voice mail saying the oath invite letter has been sent but the date there was postponed from Nov 6 to 13th. No complains here. Only a few more weeks to go. Ecas is saying the letter was sent on Monday the 26th.

I took my test in Mississauga the same day you did and noticed the status had changed to Decision Made yesterday.

Is this office still doing oaths and tests? I live downtown Toronto and was sent to Mississauga for the test, but I was wondering if anyone had successfully requested to do the oath or even the test in St Clair? I don't have a car so it'd be a lot easier to get there.

I checked today and my ECAS has been updated to decision made. I hadn't checked since my test day (Sept 17) so it might have happened earlier? Either way I am hoping to get my oath invite soon!

My test was at 12:45 (started more like 1:15). But yeah I was told 4-6 weeks as well. Lets hope we all get it sooner than that!

I did the test today at Mississauga. 20/20! Yay, almost there. ;D I mentioned that I will travel by mid December, and I was told to expect to have done the oath ceremony by then.

I just added my info to the spreadsheet. Got AOR by email on March 2, I can finally access the ECAS stuff today.

What's the finger print document that you mention? I was reading the other thread about it being requested a lot more and I am debating whether to do the same and send it in with the application.

How much time did they give you to send your passport?

Canadian Police Clearance is some times requested by CIC. I got a letter from Buffalo requesting it along with the RPRF, and remember reading in a different forum that the same day I got that request a bunch of people had gotten it as well.

RPRF is refundable so maybe they are just trying to make the process faster and refund the money to those that don't pass the medicals/screening.

Yeah. It is important you send your application for renewal/extension before the current one expires though.
