I had the same scenario. I gave spouses pssport copy marriage certificate copy with my signature and a letter from spouse saying that she has never landed in canada nor does she objects to me getting Oci.- Derekview

I didnt try but call bls and ask them if u can make appointment under “visa” and drop off ur application. Its worth trying cuz purolator is ruining people already hit by pandemic- Derekview

For me link came quick within a minute. Clicking link opens new tab and they will ask for permission to open the camera u click on yes. Dont worry its all pretty smooth.- Derekview

I Wish I had expert advice on this. Moving to different place doesnt seem like an issue. If u used ur new passport in the application m not sure if old one will be required but Just guessing- Derekview

I hope you get it soon. Unless 1957 is ur year of birth. Its a good idea to call them too. I applied in late march 2019 and took test on late feb 2021. I was originally scheduled for march 2020 which got cancelled due to covid. Good luck- Derekview
