I sent the same information without mentioning any option A or B, and they sent me the portal credentials. So it should be fine if you did not mention anything. :) Regarding time, they can take upto a week in responding back with the credentials.

One of my friends received eCOPR in 2.5 months.!! He got the first email Jun 10th, got PR portal credentials on the same day within 2 hours, uploaded his picture and updated address in the portal, next day boom... eCOPR available to download..!! So really can't track how the processing is done. :D

If you travelled outside Canada after you came here for the first time, then your Date of last time entered Canada would be the date when you returned back. But if you never went out of Canada, then your Date of last time entered Canada and Original entry date will be same.

Mine primary is Ottawa and secondary is Etobicoke, The CSR over the phone told me when I was waiting for my credentials email that its the primary VO who makes the decision and would send the email.. Not sure though.

Hello everyone, I received PR portal credentials last night around 12. uploaded the picture today and confirmed that I'm in Canada. First email was received on May 28th. Lets see how much time they would take to approve the photo.

Call IRCC again and ask them the same questions. If their answer is same (your file is not even touched by IRCC), then there is nothing you can do. But if they give you a different answer this time, this would give you a hope that your file is in process and you can expect an update very soon.
