If rescuing people from a country being ruled by the Taliban is not a priority, than what else is? I am equivalently frustrated at the process, but maybe try to be a bit more understanding, at least with the Afghans

I called randomly in the afternoon. Got turned down couple times and finally got into the wait line at 3:45 and talked to the agent around 35 mins later

Just wondering if anyone submitted additional documents via IRCC portal in the past week and still got no reply or confirmation about them? I called IRCC today, and they said that there could be a glitch in the system, but they didn't clarify either it is temporary, or they can't even see the...

It is so obvious that ppl who claimed to have AOR and approval are BS. It took a week for my AOR to show up for PGWP application, and that is something they don't act as scrutiny as other applications.

Thanks. But just some more insight, I included some other travels that were before 18yrs old (2015-2016) as I used my current passport for it, so I'm kinda in a dilemma now

I just found out that I missed to include a travel in form IMM5562. It was in 2013 and I used my expired passport for that travel (not scanned to IRCC). So what is my best bet, wait for AOR and update it via webform, or just let it be, since it was before I was 18 year-old. Thanks!

I would consider my application match what they written in the guide word by word, but not logically. For example, for proof of entry and status, they didn’t specify the doc for entry, so I only submitted the PGWP. All the visa stamps I included are in the Passport section. Or I for the photo...

Not exactly the same situation. But I found this on their site, which said that multiple receipts are fine: I didn’t pay enough for my application. What can I do? (cic.gc.ca)

Anybody here needed to separate their fee into multiple payments? My bank account messed up and I paid 650 (biometric + processing fee) the first time, and 500 (right to PR) the second time. I included both fee receipts in my proof of payment. Would it be a bad thing to do so?

They did said in the Guide that "It does not matter how long ago you had your exam". So I think it would be fine

I guess what Ircc intention is to lower the strain on medical clinic. IELTS center can handle the flood of people booking a test, but clinic should be reserved for patients. And since IELTS is eligibility and IME is admissibility, so they can ask it if required per case.

I just want to ask this, it seems like a number of people having problems with the medical exam requirements. Isn’t that a lot of international student had done IME already for their study permit? And IRCC doesn’t care how long ago it is as well

New Policy for International Students - April 12th, 2021

s As the guide stated, you would be required a reference letter with all details of your job, a copy of your work permit (if provided), and recent pay stubs. Job Offer is not required as it is not a strong proof that you're currently employed, T4 only for the previous year so it is not...

Either T4 (for essential workers stream) or Paystub are requirements, not to scare you but I think they’re quite important. Something they didn’t use the word “must” can be exempted, like Job Offer
