Yes you need to just wait. Your biometrics have not been processed yet and once they are they will automatically update that they already have yours and need your wifes biometrics.

Does your application say biometrics completed? I would assume it doesnot. You should wait for them to send you instructions.

I called this number today and talked to an agent. Skype didnt work me. I called using Google hangouts. Try that at 8am toronto time. Keep trying. You will get through.

I am a FSW-outland applicant with a 9th Jan AOR and I am still waiting for BIL. I got upfront medicals done and I dont even have an update on them.

My AOR is 9th January. I am a FSW outland applicant applying from Denmark. I have not received any update on my PR application. I have never seen the progress bar or GU on my application. It seems like FSW applications from February are starting to get medical updates and biometrics...
