Well he was totally correct of discouraging people from applying online .. He only got his AOR after months , while January paper applicants getting their test now !!!

Sorry but your explanation based on what ?!! “ randomly selected “ is very clear now it’s like winning a lottery ticket …. That’s explain why no one in 2021 got AOR so probably people who got selected don’t participate in this forum ! That’s my opinion..

It does work by refreshing the page …already tried it just now !!! I’m not here to explain what “randomly selection” means because I don’t know and I guess no one does !!

I guess it’s like a “ lottery ticket “ .. they choose applications randomly at this time .. doesn’t mean that they won’t process other applications but maybe not for now ! Because we see how fast the process is for people who got AOR
