no requirement, but if I choose to submit PR card for kids, they must be accompanied by another Canadian document, and I attached our passports. I had to fix this issue and resubmit adding medicare cards. Fingers crossed things go well this time.- maplefever

Hello, I just had my application returned today, because my children's documents were not correct - if adding PR card I needed to add Medicare card, and I think I added Passport, which would be incorrect.
