thanks for your response , just one clarification, eligibility passed by officer means eligibility is passed or there another level of assessment made ? Considering the day after I received the mail, I got request to pay RPRF , is it a good sign !? All your help is much appreciated!

Definitely not the norm. My criminality was passed in March starting and nothing else had started, now security is also passed (within 1 month) So files are definitely moving , may be sower than pre-COVID , but they are definitely moving.

Just received this mail in response to webform raised couple weeks ago . It says security and criminality are valid, does it mean it is passed ? Also for eligibility the mail says responsible officer reviewed the eligibility requirements and may contact if additional documents are required...
