I received PR card today! Super fast, I was expecting it in the middle of the week.

1st July: Landed YYZ 11th August: Linked to GCKey 7th September : Ghost Update 8th September: Decision Made: Approved with “We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive.”

Thank you..it sure is a big relief. It took a week exactly, most time was during mailing. Vac gives updates so the day someone opened it, it was mailed back the same day.

I wouldn’t know if there was a ghost update. Didn’t check on gc key prior but also gc key has been acting weird. Sometimes won’t log in right away, keeps taking me around. Received an email to check gc key. And the pre arrival was on gc key.

Hiii guys!! On Oct 25 received pre arrival letter and today received passport request letter and ecas it says decision made!! I hope y’all get updates soon!!!

No, hasn’t expired yet but it will soon. They requested it from someone I know. And I know it takes a month or so to get the certificate. If yours has expired, it’d be wise to get another one done just so when they do request it you have it in hand… I mean no harm even if they don’t request it
