After eligibility starts it is reviewed by Case Processing Agent and Analyst and then Visa Officer. If you have note by only agent then it is awaiting officer review.

Some GCMS notes are delayed. The legislation allows for extensions when the response requires internal or external consultations, additional review time due to large amount of records, or when the review could interfere with Service operations.

Travel history is only one of many aspects, and you do not need travel history to get visa.

GCMS notes are generated few days after the request is filed and are a few weeks old when they are released. Not always the most recent information.

Non accompanying spouse need not give medicals again as medical admissibility is only checked when application is filed. If Immigration Medical Examination is needed again IRCC will send you instructions.
