yes, sure. dial this number on hangouts +12049833500. this will connect you to CBSA(Canada boarder service agency). Ask them to connect you to IRCC. its so easy.

i called them at sharp 7.55amEST. and i had to wait for five minutes because offices were close by that time. At 8am i got connected to agent.

@Ironclad i did call them yesterday, agent told me that eligibility is under review and background check is in process . When i asked about medical not been updated so far, he said no need to worry, it will be update in a while..... Students who applied in October have their medical updated and...

@Ironclad I applied for visa on 23rd October. Eligibility is under review since 13th January but medical isn't updated yet. Very worried why its taking so much time on eligibility. Can you please guide me,??? Is there something need to worry?
