I don’t think you should waste anymore time . It take 10-20 days max for them to approve your passport and make sure you generate the fedex label without any mistakes . So that you can get your passport on time !

I got my passports this morning i got a response from Ottawa that there was something wrong with my fedex label , I sent them a new label yesterday and they immediately shipped my passports and I received it this morning .

Wow congrats ! I am wondering why my fedex tracking is not activated ! Also I am trying to reach them , I have sent them an email as well but no response . Also I haven’t been able to call them and struggling to find a way to cal them or get in touch with them .

My fedex tracking is still not activated my visa was approved on may 20th .

@legalfalcon , I sent my passports to the Ottawa center and the application was approved and the visa information was updated on the portal . It’s been two weeks since and my return label has not been activated and the passports haven’t been returned yet . I contacted them via the Ottawa email ...

Any luck so far ?

Is there a number to contact them from the USA , I sent them a couple of emails but they don’t seem to be responding to them .

Hang in there , no need to panic . I think IRCC is being inconsistent in the way they are handling these applications . Hopefully they can sort it out and return our passports soon and safely

My portal approval was on 20th May , but my fedex tracking is not yet activated ! Did you get any email when yours got activated ? Also I used the below link to get the fedex label as I stay in the usa...

I tried ups and fedex to post my passport , but they said they couldn’t generate a prepaid return envelope for Canada which sounds weird . I stay in USA , any idea how to navigate it ?

Thanks for the reply , I was confused because the application on the portal said , we are still processing your application . But this letter asked me to send the passport . Finally some relief .

@legalfalcon I got a message on my portal asking me to submit my passport and photo to Edmonton PO . Does this mean I received PPR ? How long would it be before they return my passport ?

When did you provide the additional documents ?

No , no remedial request . Only PCC for my current country of residence and bank statements for the last 6 months . i am not sure if they justwanted Updated documents as I haven’t heard back after the update documents were uploaded

I recently received a request for submitting my bank accounts and new PCC from FBI as my cor is USA and my Aor is Feb 2021 . Is that normal ?
