Hi Folks, I received info email for PR portal creation which I sent same time on March 21. Waiting for portal credentials email since then. My VO is HM Niagara falls. I sent then email asking for update. No reply. Can anyone suggest what should i do to expedite this?

I sent Webform 2 weeks ago asking them update on file under PGP 2019. They asked to redo medical in Dec 2020. Sent medical starting Jan 2021. No reply so far. Status shows in process.. Does anyone received webform response recently?
