You can challenge it. Open a webform and let them know which application you wanted to withdraw. If the wrong application was closed, let them know. When you were withdrawing the application, did you get an automated response email from IRCC?

Even though its a mistake on their end?

My wife just realized that our marital status on each COPR says " Single." However, under dependants on my COPR she's listed as a spouse. Will this present any issues at the border?

@16july I submitted my passport and that of my wife to the Canadian consulate. I'll be receiving it later this week and travel to Canada to land

If you are outside Canada and they want you to land to become a PR, they issue you a visa that allows you to travel to Canada and land at the port of entry. Perhaps I used the wrong terminology but it's definitely not a TRV.
