Hi as long as you have old expired stamping of same visa type and valid I94 you should be good. CBP website will list down all the criterias for AVR. You can double check that once too to make sure

It has to be a Canadian address. I have seen instances where PR card was shipped from Canada to USA but I dont have personal experience in it

Yes I carried latest 3 months bank statement. GTC is goods to carry and GTF is goods to follow. Its basically a summary of the items which you are carrying now and which you will be carrying later into Canada as a settler. All these items will be exempted from custom duty

@Newcomer234 Not yet. I’m planning to complete my soft landing on Nov 5th via international falls. When is yours? I thought quarantine plan is not required if you are fully vaccinated? Is that not the case ?
