Hello, If your parents are still in India, why does it say that "it will be processed in CPC-Mississauga"? Shouldn't it have been somewhere in India? Lastly, did you get a request for PCC or did you submit it proactively?

hey, yeah they were in canada when they got the medical request (they were visiting me on visitor visa). no we did not get the medical pass status yet or got called for the PCC!

Are you sure that they didn’t send you the instruction? Try linking the principals account to mycic, that way you’ll receive email communications from them. They just send you an email (in your cic inbox) that you need to show to do PDF. Honestly, you don’t even need instructions…as long as...
