Using my mum's account doesn't allow me to submit enough forms that I think are necessary for my visa to be granted

Just to clarify, my mum would be listed as the representative even though it is my CIC account and I am the primary applicant?

I have a custodian but I am going to live on campus. So she should create her own GCKey account? Due to the varying processing times, our visas may not be granted at the same time though. Also, do you recommend applying online or in person?
