How many here have received the SA confirmation without mentioning which VO the application will be moved to? I called IRCC but they said it’s still in Sydney and the secondary office is Beijing. I am not sure if that means it would be moved to Beijing VO. PA is from India

Yes when you use PA’s details in ECAS, it will not show Sponsor Approval details. It only shows PRAS.

Yes, I mean the actual Biometrics and Medical request letters from the messages. And along with those you should also carry your passport and copy of your passport (everything will be mentioned in the request letters) For Biometrics, in India we additionally have to carry the VFS appointment...

They update in gckey. You will get an email saying you have new messages in gckey. SA will be sent to sponsor’s email id

Received SA but the mail did not mention any VO. Where are checking the VO details? Did you get u I t in the SA email? Or is there another that we are going to receive?

PCC was present in the list of documents required from PA. Did you not include it along with the package? Is this a different one they asked you again? Assuming it’s for PA.

December applicants started receiving Sponsorship approvals. Any of you November applicants here received them?

if you are in Canada Call IRCC on +1 (888) 242-2100 Wait for the IVR and press options 2110. Generally there’s atleast 40 mins of wait time, opt for call back and provide your phone number

Members who got their AOR, what do you all see when you click ‘In Process’ for PRAS in ECAS? I see: 1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 17, 2020. does anyone see ‘we started processing’?

No I did not send a representative form. They would probably ask PA’s full name, DOB, phone number etc for verification. Nothing to be specially concerned of.

Yes, I got my AOR to my email-Sponsor’s email. And ECAS shows only PRAS - In Process. No BIL, MR yet.

UCI number in the AOR email sent to Sponsor would be sponsor’s UCI and not PA’s. We can only use Application number and family name from the drop down when linking the application.

It’s strange but No, Sponsor cannot - only PA can get their info checked/ corrected. I tried to confirm what my wife’s(PA) email ID was on the file by calling IRCC, but they said they cannot give that info unless we send them representative form.
