I also sent a letter along with the reply that I did not use my first bank that I submitted only Acess... I guess it might be and error from the guy maybe requesting for the 12 month from Acess not first bank...

It’s study permit I have applied since October but with my child maybe that’s what’s delaying....all hopes on God
