I sent my application package (paper-based) together with my OINP PhD stream nomination letter to IRCC four months ago. However, there is no any update after that. The canada.ca website said the processing time for a paper-based application is 20 months, which is too long for me to wait...

I worry that if I don't get the AOR at March or April, it will be too late to resend the package at that time considering My OINP letter will expire at early March. What AR means? sorry I'm new to this forum.
