Yes. I'm in that category. I applied February 4th. I've gotten nothing from them since February 17th. Imagine my happiness seeing a message from them finally just to see that it's a letter of outstanding payment

Thanks for all your response. It's from donotrwply@cic.gc.ca. For the letter to be in my gckey account. I doubt it's a scam. I was able to connect with someone who has had this ordeal and she says there must have been a charge back to the agent account who applied first for me.

I don't know what's going on with them. I also applied February 4th but for may intake as at that time processing time was 8 weeks suddenly it's 21 weeks. Even review of eligibility has not started. They are the only ones that know why they do what they do, we can only wonder.
