Thank you. I did read through. But my specific query is still boggling my mind. Why do they take nearly one year to complete eligibility review. Once an officer touches an applicant's profile, why doesn't it gets completed that day or at least that week ?

Yes, I would need those points else my scores would go low even after much experience as age factor comes in as a barrier.

That's a tough one then. Generally companies won't give such letter thinking employee will resign after getting PR.
