My profile got updated 15 days after I replied to the "Do you still want to immigrate to Canada" email and I got the re-med request a day later. I think you should be fine if you got acknowledgement for your reply.

Also received this update yesterday. I replied to the "Do you still want to immigrate" email on 29th March. May I ask why call it a ghost update? Is it something which happens due to an error on their side?
